Finally Meet Others Who Get It

Join others caring for parents with similar conditions, in your area, who've walked the same path

Dear Fellow Caregiver,

Do you remember the exact moment when you realized your parents needed your help instead of you needing theirs?

For many of us, it hits suddenly—a fall, a medical diagnosis, the loss of a spouse. For others, it creeps up slowly through dementia or declining mobility. Either way, that realization can quickly become overwhelming, forcing tough decisions about what we must sacrifice from our already busy lives.

When caregiving begins, most of us are already juggling careers, kids, and limited personal time. Suddenly, precious hours vanish, replaced by an ever-growing list of urgent caregiving tasks.

Something has to give. In fact, more than two-thirds of working caregivers have to rearrange their work schedules, decrease their hours, or take unpaid leave to manage their caregiving responsibilities.*

The Hidden Time Tax of Caregiving

The most frustrating and time-consuming aspect of caregiving isn't direct care—it's the administrative burden. Coordinating doctor's visits, arranging prescription deliveries, researching care options, and managing healthcare paperwork can easily consume 10-20 hours every week. And there's no avoiding it.

These tasks may seem simple, but we can't afford to skip them. The consequences of our parents not receiving proper care mean our must-do lists expand relentlessly, pushing out the things we'd prefer to do. It's exhausting.

In the early stages of caregiving, we spend countless hours learning—about illnesses, treatments, care facilities, new doctors, and even rediscovering our parents' personal preferences. Technology helps, but the best insights almost always come from others who've walked this path.

Why Local Knowledge Matters Most

When the hospital hands you a list of nursing care facilities and expects you to choose within 48 hours, web searches and online reviews often leave you more confused than confident. Life-changing decisions shouldn't rely on the same platforms recommending local sandwich shops.

How do you:

  • Navigate the complex bureaucracy of the US healthcare system?
  • Identify the best local specialists in unfamiliar medical fields?
  • Help your parent adjust emotionally to a more limited lifestyle?
  • Fit twenty hours of caregiving tasks into just ten hours without losing your sanity?

The U.S. caregiving system is deeply flawed, leaving families isolated and unsupported. As government funding shrinks even further, the challenge of caring for aging parents grows more intense.

Community: The Solution We Need

When official support systems fail, communities step up. Experienced caregivers who've learned the ropes can offer invaluable knowledge, practical tips, and emotional support to those just beginning their caregiving journey.

Caregiving unfolds in stages, and those who've navigated earlier stages are typically eager to help newcomers. That's why we're creating small, trusted groups in your local community.

Each of our caregiver groups connects you with 5-8 people facing similar challenges. Together, you'll:

  • Share effective local resources (doctors, care facilities, specialists).
  • Solve specific caregiving problems with advice from people who have already faced them.
  • Find genuine emotional support from the only people who truly understand—other caregivers.

Imagine cutting the stress and time spent on caregiving tasks—and reclaiming your evenings, weekends, and peace of mind.

Join Our First Groups

Our first caregiver groups launch in select cities in May 2025. Spots are limited, so sign up today to ensure you're matched with a local community tailored specifically to your caregiving journey.

No caregiver should navigate this alone—and together, we'll ensure no one has to. Let's make caregiving manageable, together.
